Ms. Murphy, crazy Question: You are walking out of a store and a male midget is following you. You turn to the guy and ask him why? There is a confrontation, the two of you collide he pulls a gun and kills you. Are saying that this guy is no longer guilty of your murder if he says that he felt you were a threat and was simply protecting himself? I mean he was following you which makes him the initiator. What if the midget had a past history of attempted rape of women who look like you? Is that admissible? Should it be considered? I think that a law that allows a private citizen the right to profile other private citizens and then make life and death decisions when their confrontational behavior fails to put them on the winning end of an argument is a dangerous law with a very slippery slope.
