Mtn is a rogue network.period! What they are doing is nothing but fraud,they steal and deduct our airtime at will,activate services we didnt subscribe for,charge us for services indiscrimately; they never keep agreements,sell our phone numbers to third party telemarketing companies without permission,run down our batteries with countless SMS, poor customer relation and network...the list continue. With mtn nothing is free even when they say so. Now I subscribe for nothing yet the deduct my airtime at will and tells you its not refundable, for a service I didnt enjoy.Cmon! I discovered we are all victims but how come nobody is saying anything about it.Nigerians are good at suffering in silence Where is agencies like NCC and consumer protection people. The government agencies will do nothing,trust me but you and I can do something. We need to voice out and act to curtail these excesses from MTN and other service providers,its achievable I think and I believe so. This not done even in the poorest nations of the world. We take to the social and other media platforms MTN MUST BE TAUGHT THAT THE CUSTOMER IS KING. If we cant get them too change we can shut them out Any one with useful imput should imbox me,we can effect this change. I am determined and already mobilizing resources to do so, we shall be creating an online forum on this effect to start with. Pls rebroadcast!
