Much has changed since the Farm Crisis of the 1980s, and today we often focus on the good news. But the challenges family farmers face remain, as evidenced by Newsweeks cover story, Death on the Farm. The story is a look into the work of farm advocates, many of whom do the hard work they do because they suffered loss on their own farms. A group of dedicated farm advocates across the country are the backbone of Farm Aids hotline (1-800-FARM-AID), which is always here to listen to farmers.
