Much like Jewish boys and girls are granted their respective Mitzvahs, people with low IQs should have their reproductive organs forcibly removed on their 13th birthday. Aside from professional wrestling losing nearly all of its core demographic in the future, how else could this Ignorance Whittling Initiative affect the world in a negative way? I suppose Country music would take quite a hit as well, and daytime talk shows would more than likely become obsolete, and I imagine that any more Fast & Furious sequels would probably tank at the box office. So, pop culture would change drastically, and NASCAR would lose all of it fans. Is that such a big deal when you take into account that our everyday interactions would eventually become FAR less annoying? I think not.
