Much of this article makes sense but it falls short at the end suggesting we can have it all, just not all in one place. Wilderness can be the place we can have it all. We just need to let wilderness be wilderness. We must stop treating nature as if we humans were not part of it and stop thinking we humans can solve all the problems weve created through additional meddling. What we have to do is preserve areas of land large enough to keep viable populations of organisms, keep these areas free of development, and join them by natural corridors that allow an exchange of populations and species.
