Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzaee issued a fatwa when the American invasion of Afghanistan was about to happen. Due to this Fatwa, the sheikh was assassinated in Pakistan most likely from the secret services operating in Pakistan. May the Sheikh be granted Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen. Here is the Fatwa given below. America has attacked Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Now following are the commands for Muslims. 1. Jihad is obligatory(fardh) of all Muslims because in current situation Muslims near Afghanistan are not enough to help them and the main goal of America and Jews is to demolish the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Protecting a darulislam is obligatory(fardh) on all Muslims. 2. If any Muslim, no matter where he belongs to or for whom he works, is used against Muslims of Afghanistan or Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, he will not remain Muslim. 3. If any Muslim leader orders against commands of Allah and wants to use his subordinates to demolish Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan then it is not allowed to obey him in this unislamic order but it is compulsory to not obey his orders. 4. All Muslim rulers who are supporting Americans in this crusade and are providing their land, resources and information, have lost their right to rule Muslims. All Muslims should take power from them no matter what path they choose to do it. 5. Helping Muslim Mujahideen of Afghanistan by money and soul or any possible means is obligatory(fardh) on all Muslims therefore, those Muslims who can go there and fight should participate with them and those Muslims who can help them by money should do so.
