Mug-wump-ism, thats what it is. The US government couldnt be pro-Israel if it tried. It doesnt know how to be, and further, it doesnt even WANT to be. Doesnt want to pay attention to what is really going on there! Stop sticking our noses in where they dont belong, call out Hamas for what it is, and let the Israelis do what they have to do. This is not the USAs war though, the Jews and the Arabs have been going at it since long before the United States was birthed. Plenty of blame to be passed around, sure, no doubt, but maybe the best thing that we can do is stand by, ready to be TRUE brokers of peace after the two sides tire of bludgeoning each other instead of trying to play both ends against the middle - and funding both sides in the conflict. Kerry needs to just come home and shut his yap. And so does OBama.
