Mulana Dr. Mohamad Said Said Afghani The call for Peace and Stabilit Peace and Stability are critical necessities of our present time, which are what the people demand. But how can we bring about Peace and Tranquility? This issue requires deep consideration and exploration. In my humble opinion, this task refers to intellectuals, scholars of the world and tribal leaders of this ancient land to facilitate this function, based on their customs and traditions. This is for the good of the world, for Afghanistan, and noble human beings, regardless of personal thought, education and logic, to bring Peace and Harmony. This era requires that everyone, intellectual or otherwise, with their varying backgrounds, needing to unite and identify the severed roots of former relationships and make possible the proper circumstances to allow Peace and Stability. I preach that if Buddha, Zoroaster, Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and other peace-loving leaders were alive in this present time, above all else, they all would serve the cause of Peace and Harmony. Therefore, it is obligatory for all the other religions and scholars around the world to work for Peace and Harmony in their region, their country and the whole wide world. I imagine if the world loses this opportunity for Peace and Stability, then it would be too late. When the nuclear war starts, regrets are useless. I believe the world’s current instability will increase daily and facilitate circumstances for a nuclear war. Therefore, the good people of the world should take advantage of the seconds and minutes of this opportunity and faster facilitate the tools of mutual understanding and work to achieve Peace and Harmony. The Holy Quran, this Islamic Holy Scripture, orders everyone for Peace and this phrase has been mentioned repeatedly and asks the followers of Islam to work for Peace in its country, Afghanistan, and the world. This mere mention of Peace in the Holy Quran is enough to show that Peace is a good deed, and good deeds have vast meanings in respect to the well-being of Humanity.
