Multi Car Collision leads to Settlement on the eve of trial in Brooklyn Supreme Court The firm successfully resolved a matter today with trial approaching next week. Our client was rear ended by not one, but two cars as he traveled in New York City. We successfully argued that our client did absolutely nothing to contribute to the accident and was free of any fault. Unfortunately he was severely injured and required both knee and shoulder surgeries. With the use of medical experts we were prepared to prove to the jury that the injuries leading to the surgery were directly caused by the accident and that he continued to suffer with persistent symptoms and complaints attributed to the injuries. We litigated this matter for three years after each defendant denied fault and refused to compensate our client. We refused to accept that and pursued justice with the full resources of the firm at the clienta disposal. We are pleased that this matter will provide him with much needed and justified compensation.
