Multiva Discmaster disc cultivators represent the latest generation in tillage equipment from the Finnish manufacturer Dometal OY. They are designed to function in the most difficult conditions, from extremely hard soils of the Hungarian plains to frozen catch crops in the northern fields of Finland. Discs are mounted on silent-block type suspension, and feature a diameter of 540mm. Small serration pattern produces a finer result, with better mixing of crop residue and stubble. Disc angle is also changeable by means of loosening and adjusting the plates on the either side of the frame. Reconsolidation is performed by a welded steel-packer roller, featuring replaceable and fully adjustable scraper elements on the frame. The 3m, 3,5m, and 4,0m versions are available as 3pt mounted models, and an optional trailer-kit is available for tractors with lower capacity linkages. This trailer kit also allows for the installation of the of a hydraulic front cross board, which offers a superior leveling effect, and is particularly effective on ploughed ground. The trailed version feature an integrated axle, which offers exceptional stability at high forward speeds, and safe transport on the road.
