Mulusa Testifies in Kabimba Tribunal The Judge Evans Hamaundu led tribunal has opened its sitting today with former Solwezi Central Member of Parliament Lucky Mulusa opening his case. Hamaundu is leading the tribunal set up against Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba who is accused with breach of secrecy of oath. The tribunal has been given up to February 20 to conclude its findings that should be handed over to the Republican President and also the Speaker of the National Assembly.
