Mum question:Wondering if you have any advice on how to gently wean my nearly 6mo DS off his dummy? He only every uses it for sleep or to settle in the car. Until about 2 weeks ago he was able to self settle if he woke without during the night, however these past few weeks have seen us go from one wake during the night for a feed (around 3/4am) to 3-4 wake ups requiring us to reset the dummy and resettle him back to sleep. I rock, feed and/or soothe to sleep as needed in conjunction with the dummy and am not interested in any CIO strategies but would like him to get back to resettling himself if at all possible!!
