Mumbai: Parvez Rasool has become the first cricketer from Jammu and Kashmir to be included in the Indian cricket squad, as he has been selected to represent India for the tour of Zimbabwe. The team, announced by the BCCI on Friday, will be led by Virat Kohli, as regular captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been rested for the tournament. Once again, senior players Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag have failed to find a place in the team. Meanwhile, bowlers Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav, R Ashwin and Bhuvneshwar Kumar too have been rested along with captain Dhoni. Ajinkya Rahane, Mohit Sharma, Cheteshwar Pujara, Jaidev Unadkat have been included in the squad, which will play Zimbabwe in the series that commences on July 24 and ends on August 3.
