Thinking about the venue, it would make sense, as a temporary venue, to involve the lodges that are moving there to perhaps consider asking the management to clean up their act and arrange for the temple to be kitted out with necessary equipment such as vsls, cushion/s, wtools, collars, ea and fc aprons, sword, wands, etc. That way users would only have to bring masters collar, warrant, alternative vsls. This would reduce the storage problems and give space for banners and smaller trunks for lodges own bitnbobs. Perhaps someone would be able to arrange light bulbs in the temple, column lights could be electric, storage room need lights. Perhaps even a recorded masonic music system? In the summer months it gets very hot and the management may be persuaded to install air con/fans? The management would also benefit from someone explaining how to serve fboard and when wine taking and toasts are to be undertaken, that the waiters keep away until required. Some simple explanation of what is expected from a Masonic Centre / Venue, should change the way they, and us masons, do business there. Its just a personal view. Thank you
