Mumbai completed 5 Years after terrorists rattled the city at the cost of Nations face on world platform . I ask , Did anything changed in all these 5 years ?? Did the Mumbai Police got genuine and enough bullet proof jackets , in order to savethe city from terror wrath?? Did Government successfully completed in rehabilating victims of that nightmare??? Is Mumbai , now , presently equipped with sophisticated technology in security department???... And my final question. Where are Dawood Ibrahim and David Headley, key architects of this dastardly attack???? Questions remains the same !! But the only answer we get is Silence .
