MummyPages Mums Question: Hi everyone. My little boy is a great sleeper at night. He will sleep 12 hours, sometimes more, maybe waking some nights for a few ounces. However he will not close an eye during the day. 10 mins max two or three times a day. He is a very happy thriving boy and I am worried because people tell me he should be napping more as he needs more sleep. I have tried the cot, the travel cot, the buggy, the car...but he loves just looking at the world around him. Come evening time he gets tired and let me know he is happy to go to bed and he settles very well. I had no problems with his patterns until other moms pointed out he needed more sleep. Am I wrong to leave him as he is happy? Should I be trying more to get him down? I would love some opinions.
