MummyPages Mums Questions: I have a six week old baby, she sleeps fairly well at night maybe from 1am to 6.30am. Shes my first baby and I cant relax and sleep properly. I always am on the alert and every little sigh and grunt wakes me up and I find it impossible to get a proper few hours sleep. Its like my mind is half awake all night. The bags under my eyes are down at my chin!! Tired all the time. Does anyone have any help or advice out there?
