Muncy man charged with alleged conspiracy MUNCY - Dalton Jeffery Rishel, 18, of 802 Industrial Park Road, has been charged with access device fraud and conspiracy to commit device fraud, receiving stolen property and carrying a firearm without a license, according to Muncy Township Police. Rishel allegedly took several rifles and shotguns belonging to Stanley Moser, with whom Rishel was living, and sold them to Gander Mountain. Police said Rishel also was involved with an attempt to sell a gun belonging to Amber McMillin. A group identified by police as Christa Gardner, Chad Little, Houston Hall, Destiny Little and Taylor Moore attempted to sell the gun, with Gardner claiming that it belonged to her mother. Police said Rishel had transported the firearm in his vehicle to 318 Mount Equity Road in an attempt to sell the gun to Curtis Little. In an affidavit, police say Rishel was involved with the same group in theft and misuse of a debit card belonging to Curtis Little. Rishel and others allegedly used the card to withdraw money to purchase heroin. Rishel also is accused of selling stolen jewelry belonging to Barbara Gruver of 318 Mount Equity Road at Gold For Cash. Rishel was arraigned in front of Judge Jon E. Kemp on June 3 and was jailed in lieu of a $150,000 bail.
