Municipal Committees throw Dogs in the Villages: Aadil Parray to Sachnews Jammu Kashmir We the inhabitants of village Lower Mundah are facing huge problems as everyday new type of dogs are found in the village we suspect that dogs are thrown in the forests by the Employees of Municipal Committee which later arrive in the village. A lady namely Zareefa Banoo wife of Gula Nabi Ganie was injured. So with the help of Sachnews we want to bring the matter in the notice of MC authorities.
