Muppets Most Wanted is a fun family film. You can never go wrong with The Muppets, they just know how to make me smile and feel like a kid again. You go to these movies for the muppets and I believe it delivers. I enjoyed this sequel just as much as I enjoyed the original 2011 film and this sequel literally starts off where the original ended. I love seeing my favorite Muppet character Kermit the frog on the big screen. The other muppets were very enjoyable as well. Some people might complain that their favorite muppet character has less screen time, Gonzo being an example. The storyline is simple but felt fresh. Ricky Gervais was very enjoyable, Ty Burrell is awesome, and I thought Tina Fey was a lot of fun on screen. The musical numbers are amazing and they just spread just as much happiness and wonder as the original does. There is some funny humor mainly in the second half of the movie. The cameos in this film are absolutely terrific. I also enjoyed the devious Kermit look-alike Constantine. Its a nice film to watch if you love The Muppets because these puppet-walking creatures are so adorable and so darn likable. My only problems with the film is the Muppets are a bit underrused, the first half of the film didnt make me laugh at all (maybe a few chuckles but thats it), the storyline gets to a bumpy start and doesnt really get that interesting until the first 15 or 20 minutes of the film. Overall, I had just as much fun with the sequel as I did with the original film. By the way, this movie has an amazing song in the beginning of the movie about sequels not being as good as the original which I found clever and catchy. In terms of humor, the 2011 film is more funnier in my opinion since I only laughed in the second half of the film but nonetheless, the sequel has just as much charms as the original film. I give the film a Good/Solid rating, it made me happy :)
