Murder on tape---How can anyone in their right mind say, Nothing wrong happened? At the very least NYPDs Officer Pantaleo and his cop accomplices should have been charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide. The cop killed Eric with a banned chokehold over some alleged loose cigarettes. The coroner ruled Erics death a homicide by chest/neck compression. No loose cigarettes were found on his body. Selling loose (individual) cigarettes is a minor infraction. Anyone caught selling individual cigarettes are given a ticket, like a traffic ticket (summons). It should be noted that Eric Garner had a history of being harassed by that cop. There is no plausible reason Eric was attacked by 4 cops, held down, and choked to death. He didnt resist arrest. He clearly had his hands pointing up!! He didnt fight back. He cleariy says, Dont touch me. If Eric Garner was under arrest WHY werent his Miranda Rights read to him? This is hard to watch. He said, I CANT BREATHE 11 TIMES.. . I am absolutely sickened! I cant breath either! I cant bear to watch a human being choked to death by brutal, racist, violent, law-breaking animals who call themselves cops who are suppose to protect human life.
