Musa has always argued that Nigerias large population does not pose a threat to the economy. He equally does not see the size of the Chinese population as a challenge to the Chinese economy. He is always quick to remind you that China and India grew because they have abundant labour to work their factories. Perhaps he does not know that Nigerias poor are far more better off than their Indian counterparts. I used to take him serious until today. Musa complains about the rising cost of living, unemployment and poor salary. Today, I learnt he has two wives. I am certain Musa will fulfil his religious obligation by marrying two more wives soon. If a wife gives him four kids, it means he will be a father of sixteen kids by the time he gets to his destination. This implies that the size of Musas household will be twenty one. Musa is a civil servant whose earning does not increase at the exponential rate his responsibility increases. Most likely, his wives are housewives. I am certain Musa and his family live below poverty line; unless he has other sources of income outside his salary. Musa still blames the President for not being able to improve the lot of Nigerians. He still blames the President for the insecurity challenges in the country. When Musa criticizes the President and reminds you that the President is clueless, you will think Musa has all the clues in the world.
