Muscle building chili: 1 lb 93/7 grassed beef, 1 can each black beans and low sodium kidney beans rinsed, 1 red bell pepper, 1 small can mild green chilis.. 16 oz crushed tomatoes and 1 small can tomato paste..add 1 tbsp garlic and onion powder or fresh garlic and onion.. Add 1 tsp each if chipotle pepper, cayenne pepper, and chili powder or adjust to your liking.. Add sea salt to taste.. Either put in crockpot for 6-8 hours or simmer on stove for 2 hours
