Music Challenge - Day 3 And so we move on to the biggest, by far, love of my entire music collection. Quite simply, the greatest singer songwriter to grace this planet - Mr Neil Finn. Whether as himself, Crowded House, or various other guises - Finn, Pyjama Club et al, he is, quite frankly, a song writing genius. And witty with it too. Ive always declared my undying love for the man. I took my bezza, Amanda Grinnell to a concert with me once in Manchester (Crowded House) and she told me afterwards that she could kind of see what I meant (my attraction to him had apparently puzzled her up to this point!). This combines a great love of one of my favourite other artists, Sheryl Crow. However, my choice in track is so rare, I cant find (anywhere) a clip of them together, as per the original record, so have had to scrape around for any kind of version that resembles this, my favourite Neil Finn record. Still, even with a stand in vocalist on a live tour, its still a great track! I met Neil in Liverpool once - he came outside to day hi whilst we were queuing to get into the venue! Mark laughed at my reaction to his sudden appearance - I literally flushed red with excitement and became totally speechless (hard to believe, I know).
