♫ Music: John Fogerty - Centerfield Words cant explain the emotions im feeling right now. Just coached my last game of season with my legion boys. What a roller coaster ride of a season we had. Started out the season 0-4. Battled back to finish regular season 6-4 we finished 2nd in the district and earned a trip to the state tournament! Nobody thought we belonged but we showed how we got there. My boys turned up in the state tournament winning two games and losing two. In the 4 games of the tournament we had 52 hits and scored 37 runs! I shed a few tears at the game not because we lost but because our season was over. I enjoyed every minute I spent with these young men. Truly amazing what we accomplished in two years. As each of you go back to you own high school program remember what its like to play for a team and not urself. I love each one of yall and will be following yall throughout your seasons! Cant wait til next summer
