Music, X factor, American idol Ive been dealing with anxiety issues this weekend. I love all kind of music, but I stopped watching idol for some reason after David cook won. I found myself perusing u tube from a link I shared, and there were compilations, best of this, best of that kind of stuff, and auditions. So I started watching more, and the stories of some of the kids auditioning , and what they have dealt with in their young lives, especially one about bullying, ripped my heart open. These kids were sharing their pain, and showing their bravery,by bearing their souls in front of all of these people, thru music. And Im watching this and wondering what I have to be anxious about. I have the most wonderful family, especially my siblings, awesome neighbors and co workers and friends, and my faith and love for the LORD,and at that moment, I felt my anxiety releasing. Not to say it wont rear its ugly head again ever, but I made it thru one of the hardest weekends since mom and died without anxiety medicine. Music heals Stay strong Its ok to be not ok. And on a lighter note, Im pretty sure somehow a stray cat got under the house,because Im hearing meowing where I shouldnt be, and at first I thot, ok, Ive totally lost it! And Ive been gluten free for a little over a month and have lost 20 lbs so far without dieting, and am thinking if that one little thing has been my weight problem fit over 50 years, and im just figuring this out now, Im gonna be pissed! And to several people who will understand, stay strong, because you dont know how strong you r until you have to be. And we will get through this. Ps. Also on my journey thru u tube for an hour or two, I saw Kelly clarkson, live in Detroit about 2 years ago, covering an enimen song, hoodie and all, and she totally rapped it out!!! And I am still in love with KID Rock , and Amanda lamberts Music Ok, Im going to shut my fingers down now. Stay strong
