Music is one of the key tools we use to raise awareness of Peace Day 21 September. As well as being musical celebrations of peace, these events are an opportunity to thank all our supporters, highlight the extraordinary global Peace Day activities and promote the coming year. Past concerts To date, Peace One Day has produced seven high-profile music-driven celebrations at the Royal Albert Hall, London; Brixton Academy, London; Le Grand Rex, Paris and Le Zenith, Paris and the O2 arena London, featuring musicians such as Annie Lennox, Lenny Kravitz, Bryan Adams, Peter Gabriel, John Legend, Kasabian, Kate Nash, Corinne Bailey Rae, Dave Stewart, Jimmy Cliff, Yusuf (Cat Stevens), Razorlight, Newton Faulkner, Eliza Doolittle, AfroReggae, Flawless & English National Ballet, Marc Almond, Faithless,James Morrison, Starsailor, Patti Smith, Charlie Winston, Youssou Ndour, Vanessa Paradis, -M-, Ayo and Yodelice as well as special guests and hosts such as Jude Law, Sharon Stone, Jonny Lee Miller and Emilia Fox.
