Musically its been a very productive weekend for me. Sat was just a Metal fest with great local bands and great company - finally got to catch WOUNDS live yesterday, yeah why has it taken me so bloody long.....and well worth the wait, these guys are going places, and nice to get to meet them before the show too. Believe it or not I left the camera yesterday and just chilled out with friends and a few pints, part two was the Vile Regression EP Launch, which had a very strong lineup, first time seeing Snowblind and really enjoyed them, followed up with the always excellent AeSect (even with a couple of changes for the night), Dead Label! who I absolutely love and finally Vile Regression themselves finishing the night off in style. Thanks to Steve, Andrea and Kev for great company all day, and good to catch up and meet up with some others on the day night. Today, getting reviews finished, catching up on some albums I picked up early last week and hopefully some sleep tonight with cooler weather, all good ;-)
