Musing # 67 - When laws are selectively enforced allowing groups to step outside community values and normal decency without consequences, then they become increasingly bold in their infractions. Criminal charges eventually slow them down and finally prison destroys many of their lives. Condoning bad behavior leads to worse behavior. Its doing no one any favors and, in fact, it ruins peoples perception of decency and, eventually, their lives.
