Raising voice to establish Pay commission For Bankers wage Revision: It is very pathetic and confusing that few people striving to support coward/inefficient representatives/leaders rather to cleanse our unions/association followed by judicious election procedure. We reject flatly to adopt such type of escaping attitude but uncompromisingly indulge our self to strengthen our fraternity from contaminated/virus/corrupt leaders of different Bank unions/association. Yes, I do agree that it is (demanding Pay commission for Bankers wage revision) nothing but Melancholy thought of my few friends but it is not right time. Why not we are talking about of deep silence of our UFBU leaders? Very important missing point in our wage revision fight is our positive attitude. While there are many strategies, what makes the difference in terms of awakening AAM Banker is only quality of earnestness, or sincerity, rather than adding another “should” to our list, choose to implement because we care about connecting with our natural capacity for love, clarity and inner peace. Let this sincerity be the atmosphere that nurtures whatever shape our movement takes. Run away from responsibility is not in our nature as an AAM Banker; we are supposed to be sincere/honest/hardworking/sensible and dedicated towards our occupation efficiently. Though, being Banker, who has committed to earn profit to support country’s economy and social upliftment, we strongly recommend to sustain our present special status of wage settlement procedure, we do not believe to adopt any begging procedure but demanding. Though, we have full faith in our Representatives (UFBU leaders), but we must raise our voice for transparency in the system (live telecast of negotiating meeting) to know the wholesomeness of our UFBU leaders
