Must Read!! I read this article called “The Biggest thing that will bring back your Easter guests.” And I must say I agree so here are some of the highlights. The number one thing that will bring back Easter guests is “YOUR FRIENDLINESS.” Every one of us must exude friendliness! And here are their tips on how too. 1.Put 100% of your focus on the people when they are in front of you. (Ever walk into a store and the clerk is engaged in conversation with a coworker while taking your money? They didn’t even acknowledge your presence. You felt devalued.) 2. Make sure you are smiling. (Scowls, frowns or an I really don’t care look will deter people from coming back.) 3. Always walk…never point. (Don’t tell guests where to go…take them there. And engage them in meaningful conversation on the way.) 4. Answer questions. (Never say “I don’t know” and then leave a person or family hanging. Instead say, “I’m not sure but let me find out for you.”) Friends, A lack of courtesy, friendliness and sincere engagement will ruin your chances of a guest family coming back. SO LET’S BE FRIENDLY AND LOVE PEOPLE
