Must admit that was the hardest session yet, woulda killed me 10 weeks ago, 10 days to go. Fair play to all the lads who are putting in the hard work for a good cause, hope we make a good show and raise a lot of doe for cancer research uk. My hat goes off to all the fighters stepping in and every1 who has made this happen. Proud to be part of the cause. Definitely more excitement than nerves now :-) 💪👊💪👊
