My 01st attempt to cast vote today:---- I was at the gate of Polling station [ F.G.High School, G11/2] at excat 0800 am. Found 05 policemen [ In clean uniform ] , one Traffice Policeman guarding the enterance. Saw Armed Army solider at the rooftop of the building [ Have no idea what he could do from there to stop rigging ]. I was not allowed to enter as polling staff has not taken up their poisition yet. On my demand that still they should not block my enterance to polling booth, one of them frisked me & told Mobile phones are not allowed, hence i should either hand over it to them , or go back. I opted to come back. Will make a second attempt at 1100 am with my wife to cast the vote.
