My 12 week progress. And these pics are from weeks 7-12 using Vince Del Montes Chest Specialization. I used a carb backloading protocol for the first three weeks to bulk and gain muscle. Weeks 10-12 I cut using carb cycling. Eating carbs one day out of the week. Overall from week 6 to week 12 Chest. From 40 1/8 to 40 1/2 inches. Waist.
