My 15 year old client training for strength and athletic performance. Just a short clip of a few exercises. It is a must for my clients to be able to do a full-range of motion pull-up. I never allow people to do half motion or 3/4, it is a common flaw when performing pull ups. If you are not doing full range of motion, you are not doing a pull up. PERIOD The hardest point to develop strength is at the extended area when you start from a dead hang. Most that train without doing extended hang for years cannot do one full range or at least no more than a couple. https://vimeo/114846830
