Carlos Hill will die before the case against him for the Ponzi Scheme scam against Jamaicans is fully adjudicated. 3. The next general election will not occur until after September 2016. 4. The existence of oil in Jamaica will be confirmed in a major way before January 1, 2017. 5. Andrew Holness will be defeated as Leader of the JLP/Opposition before January 1, 2017. 6. A big name Jamaican will be extradited to the USA before January 1, 2017.
