My 2015 goals.... 18 Weeks until my first Australian Comp! Hitting that cardio everyday! Its business time to start competing this year after a year off getting my business sorted, now its time to hit that stage again and come in the best shape to date! Off season Ive been hitting alot more isolation exercises with my Glutes, Shoulders and abs putting on another 4kgs Mass! My back and quads are now my top priority training them 2x pw. The bodies feeling heavy with the mass gain but once you strip down pure gold (muscle)will be revealed! Diet on the off season has been 2-3 Fasting days per week which has been the best diet plan to keep me lean whilst still enjoying red wine and cake! I seriously recommend fasting which Ive released in my 6 week diet plan called Get in control :-) Setting goals and a date to achieve them is the best way to accomplish your goals, youre only restricted by ur own limits! Push YOUR limit as you can never fault yourself on trying! Kia Tu Kia Maia Kia Toa! Blehhhhhh!
