My 6 Week Transformation Challenge is gearing up and starts Monday, January 5th if you want more info about it call 513-291-3481 or private message me. But if you cant make it maybe this will help jump start your fitness goals. This workout will get you ready for the New Year and a good one to do at home when your time is limited. I call it my “How long can you go?” You will only need one medium dumbbell and a pair of ankle weights if you want (in the video I didnt wear any but you certainly can). If you are a beginner probably no ankle weights but if you have been working out for a while either use 2 1/2 pounds or 5 pounds (each leg). Always looking to help make life a little healthier for you :) Shoulder press with floor punch right Alternating forward lunge with twist Shoulder press with floor punch left Wide squat with front delt raise Jump in and out with Chest Press You will perform all 5 movements for 4 reps each then 5 reps, 6 reps, 7 reps, 8 reps Now if you still have the energy and need more go from 8 reps back down to 4 reps Always get the OK from your physician before starting an exercise program and if you are a beginner start out slow and easy.
