My 7 yr old keeps saying that God always gets what He wants. But I dont believe that and I dont teach her that. So where is she getting it?! Maybe a childs view of God is simple, If God is powerful then He can do/have whatever He wants. Because if I was God Id do whatever I want and Id always be in control! Maybe if we create God in our own image we get a determinist view. And ONLY if we mature past that can we get an Open view that is more beautiful than scary. Resource suggestions for Open kids?!
