My APC folks are busy castigating the Jonathan administration for devaluing the naira. But in-house here, an APC presidential candidate is busy devaluing the naira as he hops from one state capital to another in search of delegates to buy. Even before the first vote is cast, Atiku is showing Nigerians the type of change he represents. As a Buharist, I am worried not because Atiku poses any serious threat to Buhari candidacy, I am worried because Atiku is tarnishing the very platform upon which my candidate will ride to the presidency. Pray! What is the difference between a PDP Atiku and a reformed progressive Atiku? Where is the moral high ground? Where is the progressive pedestal? There is no explanation nor justification to what Atiku is doing. Old habits, they say; never die. Atiku remains a PDP man in blood and flesh. And it is equally disturbing that so far no APC state exco and its delegates are progressive enough to reject Atikus largesse, to say hold your money Turaki, we are progressives! This only reinforces the argument that APC would have been just another PDP had it not for the presence of GMB. Despite this, no Buhari supporter should be losing any sleep over Atikus conduct. The APC presidential ticket is Buharis to reject. The whole APC merger was consummated on the understanding of a Buhari candidacy. Atiku is desperately trying to create a strong impression capable of improving his bargaining position within the party. But whatever compromise we may be forced to enter at the moment for political exigencies stands null and void the morning after May 29. #GiveMeGMB #TheOnlyChangeICanTrust!
