My Abs Seshhh... I did 2 rounds but only YOU know your own fitness level & where to modify. Warm-up first 20 reach the ball, 60 sec on each leg high knee, 60 sec of reach/tuck in each leg. Good 3 move to target the ABS and Obliques.
