My Achievement.... Over the last 31 days I have abstained from any form of alchohol, (even the sunday roast gravy went without the usual red wine), to take part in a fundraising challenge for MacMillan Cancer. Not only have I saved myself from the intake of over 20,000 calories!!!!...Yes I have done the maths and I am ashamed to admit the volume, but I have lost over half a stone in weight and feel alot healthier everyday. I will admit it was very hard to resist temptation some days but with the support from family and friends I can hold my head up high and say Im A Sober Hero raising £600.
