My Advice on Finding the “Passion” In Your Business Are you feeling discouraged or defeated? You have to OWN this and you have to make a decision on whether or not you’re going to work this business to your fullest, or you’re not. It’s completely up to you! It’s not up to your sponsor, it’s not up to your upline, it is solely you. It’s YOUR responsibility. Find Your Passion – Love Your Life You have every tool that you need. Everyone starts at the same place. A hope and a prayer and a startup kit. You have the tools that everyone else in your direct sales company has… you have online training, you have documents, you have the Steps, you have everything you need. If you are not talking about this product and about this opportunity to anyone that is in arms reach of you, then you’re not working your business. If you are not passionate about your products, then you need to USE them. You need to use these products until you are one hundred and fifty percent convinced that there is not anything else in this world as good as this product. Develop your own story and SHARE it. The passion will come when you are a product of the product. If you go about this business to HELP people instead of thinking “I NEED to build my team…”, “I need to fill a box on my chart…”, “I need a name for this box…” “I NEED NEED NEED…”…if this is the approach that you have, then you are not going to win. You have to go about this business from a helping standpoint. You have to want to help people change their life financially. I pray everyday that God put someone in front of me that needs an opportunity like this because I know what it can do for people. I feel sorry for people that don’t say yes to the opportunity. This business is such a passion of mine now. But, it wasn’t a passion of mine from day one. I had to use the product, I had to work the business, and I’ve had to connect with corporate. Once I did that over and over and over again, it became a part of me. It is a burning desire in my heart and soul to introduce this product and the wrap and the business to anyone that that comes close to me. If you don’t have the passion, you’ve got to GET IT. Using this product, attending a boot camp or an OTOM (One Team One Mission) or an event in your area is going to get you connected. Your belief level is going to BOOM. The same way with the product when you’re actually using the product. I want you guys to stay FOCUSED. I want you all to get your Steps to Success out. You should have blitz cards in your purse every day. Give them out EVERY day. Hand them to people, lay them on the tables at restaurants. You guys have heard about all the ways to blitz, you’ve just got to actually get out there and do it. You’ve got to be scheduling parties and you have to get your “50 List” out and keep working on that list. You have to do these things EVERY single day. It has to become a lifestyle. You cannot dabble in this business and expect a return on an investment. You can’t expect a return on an investment that you’re only HALFWAY doing. Put your blinders on….stop looking around at what everyone else is doing. Don’t worry about everyone else’s promotions and successes. You have to be PROUD of how far you’ve come in this business. This is a JOURNEY. When you don’t make a million bucks in the first couple of months in this business, you give up on yourself. It doesn’t come overnight. Success is going to have its ups and its downs. And when you get those people that say “no” to you, you have to keep in mind that they are not saying no to YOU, they are saying no to the WRAP, and they’re saying no to the opportunity. So get over the fact that a few people told you no. You have to get all those “no’s” in order to finally find someone that says “yes”. And when you do find someone that is as passionate about the products and business as you are, your business will explode overnight. Most people that quit this business quit right on the cusp of an explosion in their business and they don’t even realize it. I’ve seen it happen a million times. They quit and don’t realize that if they had just made one little tweak, they would have exploded. You have to be passionate. You have to FIND the passion…you can’t FAKE IT. You have to smile and be happy with what you’re doing. This is a phenomenal company, and this is the best product on the market (believe me, I’ve sold a TON of products in my years as a salon owner). This is the vehicle that you need to completely change your life. No excuses. ZERO EXCUSES. No “What ifs…” Don’t look around at what everyone else is doing. It’s only going to discourage you. If you DO look around, and you see promotions and you see people doing great, let that drive you. Let that build your belief in knowing that YOU can do the same thing. I love you all!
