My Beloved Husband, Jeffrey Harris, has arrived safely at work after spending time with me as we prepared for his day. My mom, Nancy Wheeler, Pops, Susan Wheeler and Mia are still sleeping soundly upstairs, as they should be at this time in the morning. It is cold outside. Jerard E. Kelley you are back up here in this cold now right? How are you chilling? :O) Anyway, tonight BethandJames Satterfield and family will be coming over for dinner and fellowship. Mom is going to Burlington Coat Factory with Jeanie, and Susan and Kelly Harris may be going today or tomorrow shopping. As I watched my handsome man walk towards the car this morning, I forgot to look up as I was observing the trees and ground and grass, thinking they are sleeping now for the winter, leafless and barren, but not dead. I looked at my rose bushes and thought, I really need to cut them back so they can grow bushy and healthy in the Spring. I waved to my handsome, kind, gentle man as he drove away and then walked into the house where it is warm. So for those of you who read this and use this as a gauge to know what the weather is.... umm.. it is dry, not sure if there are clouds in the sky and even though I am certain stars are twinkling in the heavens somewhere, I cannot guarantee they can be seen from our home. But, in a few notes I can sing, Baby its cold outside... :O) Anyway, it is a beautiful morning this day our Lord has made. Winter is almost here and the trees and bushes are sleeping (not the evergreens) until Spring approaches. I am thankful for the Winter because I love the bringing forth of awakenings and new life in the Spring. All is Well and We are Blessed!!
