My Chicken Liver Pate with caramelised onions & mustard seeds I started making and selling my pate 12 years ago at the farmers markets in County Cork... Ive always wanted to make it again, as it is delicious! So on Saturday 1st November I will be relaunching my pate at Clodaghs Kitchen Restaurant in Blackrock, Dublin. My pate will be produced in my restaurant using Irish chicken livers, real brandy and Kerrygold butter. Using the original recipe.
