Responsibilities · Assist clients in choosing insurance policies that suit their needs from a multitude if companies. · Prepare applications & maintain records. · Assist clients with insurance claims. · Underwrite new clients & retain current clients. · Manage an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients. · Utilizes appropriate resources to assess needs of clients · Secures existing business and cross-sells opportunities. · Administrative support and customer service. · Responsible for the day-to-day account management of clients Qualifications · CSR MUST BE licensed in Property and Casualty. · At least 5 years of personal insurance experience in an Independent agency setting. Personable and consultative abilities. · Must be computer proficient. AMS 360 experience is preferred but not required. · Must have customer service skills with excellent phone and time management skills.
