My Content - To Good Health For All If you are of advancing age ,been to the doctor who says all you need to do is be active,take exercise and youll do fine, then surely you are pondering over whats best to do , how , for how long and why? Wanna discuss it ? youre welcome .Ill post here now and then and you can see it . Now, first things first.Am I qualified to advise on a subject of general or specific interest to you ? The answer is No, I am not ! Please remember this . I am just offering relevant content regarding the ibid subject .Your life is your own. Discretion is yours, likes are yours, preferences are yours, judgement yours ;everything in your domain is under your watch.So,its best that you abide by that. For me I’ll be far too happy, to be able to hold it against you, even if you merely read this, just for the sake of reading.I mean I wont hold it against you. Follow what you will. Thats an entirely different matter. We are faced with three questions, remember ? 1.What is best for me to do to be healthy? in short - What ? 2.How shall I do it and for how long? short – How ? 3.Why do I need to do this ? short, Why ? Which one would you choose to face first ? Ill choose Why ? So be with me and here we go ! At every different stage in life we need to do things differently from how we did them or might do them in another different stage .We see this happening all the time, therefore we know this by simple common sense. The aim is to do the best thing for yourself which means the thing that helps you most, overcomes most and can be done most naturally. The degree of difficulty in following which is the least and the beneficial effects most. So we want that which gives optimum results. Now, I only hope you are not thinking I am about to divulge some ancient secret to you .I wish I had some such thing to share with you but alas I don’t have any. Some or many if not most of your health problems could have their origin in an earlier stage of your own life, youth being the biggest suspect of em all. I’ll cut this short. I recommend that instead of working out, focus on warming up for a long enough period everyday and remain at it daily and regularly for good health and a great feeling. Treat this as the best Workout. I haven’t forgotten that there’s still the What ? and the How that need to be answered .The next of-course is What ?We are faced with three questions, remember ? 1.What is best for me to do to be healthy? in short - What ? 2.How shall I do it and for how long ? short – How ? 3.Why do I need to do this ? short Why ? So be with me and her we go !What and How As follows :- • Walking - not too briskly; maintain the same pace for at least 20 mins. • Preparation- keep a pair of comfortable shoes exclusively for this. • Don’t talk on this walk.Wear something full sleeve and similarly a full lower for all your workouts (warm up-don’t forget ) • Cycling – Slow speed so the pedals engage throughout . • Yoga- Even if you do one posture,maintain it to your best for 60secs. • Breathing- sit straight and still but remain relaxed and you should breathe fine. • Mudra-Basically with thumb and fingers .Some will say this is a great stressbuster.Ask for a traditional Nityakarm book and confirm that mudras are shown and explained therein. Like yoga maintain each mudra for a period say 30secs. • Buy a sponge ball to squeeze (especially if you are for long strethes punching type keys.Squeese then let go slowly without a jerk. • Tighten and loosen various muscles of the body while sitting or standing till the body gets warmed up. - end -
