My Dad has told me stories about concrete cross monuments they used to put at the scene of fatal accidents as a memorial and to remind people to drive safe. Only.. they had to take them down because they tended to be erected at spots prone to accidents and only caused more accidents where people crashed into the concrete crosses. Oh the irony! I dont remember any of this.. do any of you? Pictures?
