My Dad injured his shoulder while flying; because of this He is unable to hold the bar in position on his back or go overhead. We all need to squat, so we put him on boxes with a kettlebell for weight. ADAPT AND OVERCOME. A sedentary lifestyle holds no gains or improvements for ones health. Our needs; much like our exercise, vary by degree( how much, how high,how long) not by kind( we all need to squat, push, pull and press things) We all have obstacles in life its up to us how we deal with them.
