My Dad was a patriot. He served in the military and was a proud US Marine. He always told me how blessed I was that I live in a free country and a country who would help other countries fight for their independence and freedom. I always taught my sons to respect their country and feel blessed that they have freedom. Today I was absolutely offended. My son calls me up and asks me to send him some money because he has a respiratory infection and needs some things to get over the respiratory infection. Being a mom I decided to MoneyGram him some money. My son went to Walmart to pick up his money. When he got there, he had to call me because his money was not available. I had to call MoneyGram. I was asked all the questions and grilling. I was asked what relation was Joshua to me. I was asked what would my son be spending the money on. I was then again asked is this my son or maybe my sons friend. It was much more detailed than this. I took huge ass offense in being interrogated because I wanted to send my son money. It is not the governments business if I send my son money, how much money I send to him and what he is spending the money on. We are losing our freedoms people. I am now a Libertarian just for this reason.
